You should really try this pathway.

A lovely place to walk and so many stopping places for food and rest. Watch out for bikes as the really make use of their designated areas. Really enjoyed this area

This is a beautiful walk with the most amazing views of the lake and all over Garda. You do need to be careful as it's slippy underfoot in some parts with loose stones etc. You also need to pay attention to the mountain bikers who share the same path as the walkers for most of the way. There is a... More

This is a wonderful walk with stunning views across the lake. You need to take care as it is used by a considerable number of cyclists. You can enjoy a coffee (or more) at the restaurant near the top. Don't miss it!!

To reach the old pondale path ..go pass the harbour and the power station, careful crossing the road before the road tunnel. This is a gravel path that follows the cliff up the mountain ..it takes about 2 hours leisurely walk to reach the coffee shop up the mountain. Even though pedestrians have the right of way be careful as... More

I remember when this path first opened some 15 years ago - long before mountain bikes! It's still worth the effort and the small restaurant at Pregasina is a welcoming destination.

We went there with the kids for a half a day trek + picnic. Outstanding views and some signs to understand the history of the place

If you have few hours to spend then it is worth going for the walk. Not a difficult walk even though the terrain varies between pebbly, uneven, dusty path. To reach the starting point, go past the port area (boat boarding place) and the old power station building on the right and walk along the lake side and climb the... More

It is a path for walkers and cyclists. Seemed to have less cyclists in the late afternoon. Hot and dusty and you get to go through tunnels. Only down side is crossing the road at the start - its busy and there is no official crossing. Don;t be put off my the steep cobbles at the beginning - it levels... More

Wonderful walk shared by cyclists and walkers - take care if walking. Great views of the lake during first part of the walk, followed by steep climb

A longish walk, uphill on the outward journey. Spectacular views over the lake and adjacent mountains. Suitable for families but care needed as path also open to mountain bikers.
