We visited the Villa Rufolo while walking the Amalfi Coast with Exodus Travels. Our Exodus guide, Martina, suggested we visit this attraction while we had some free time to explore the village of Ravello. The gardens were beautiful but the scenery of the coastline from...More

This is a must visit. The gardens are fantastic. An ideal place to find peace and tranquility. The views are stunning. Get off the main path to wander amongst the shade of the trees and hear birdsong.

There's no doubt it's a beautiful place, but if you have limited time in Ravello then I think Villa Cimbrone is a better bet.

A great place to go and escape the crowds on the Amalfi coast. A friend told me to visit and I'm so glad we did. Beautiful gardens and so peaceful, I could have happily spent the whole day there just relaxing.

After the hustle and bustle of Amalfi it is well worth it to take a taxi (or your car if you have one) up the three mile winding road up to Ravello for a complete contrast. Ravello is much quieter and calmer with some beautiful...More

Fabulous little town perched high up. Small and not overly crowded with lots happening. Church in the central square along with bars, restaurants and shops many selling some fabulous ceramics. Head down to Villa Rufflo for an iconic view of the Amalfi i Coast

Beautiful villa and gardens, it is a bit confusing on howto get around here, no direction and few guides available. We kept seeing areas that we could not figure out how to get to.

One of the most popular towns on the Amalfi Coast, Ravello is stunningly pretty. Being on a steep hillside, it is not for those with mobility problems. Always crowded and much more expensive than other nearby towns, probably because it appears to cater mainly for...More
