We were short on time the day we visited and it is my regret of our trip that we didn't get to spend longer here. The views are breathtaking and the gardens are so pretty. It was very peaceful and were able to take numerous...More

Pefect spot to get full taste of Ravello. A must see when visiting. Steeped in history with rolling stroll through gardens. Stunning views. You can do it in 30 minutes or 2 hours. Right off the main square which makes it easy and nice.

Love Ravello and have visited the past four years but this was first time at Villa Rufolo. What a disappointment, obvious building works, scaffolding. Gardens planted similar to U.K. Municipal parks. Yes the views are stunning but you do t need to pay to go...More

We visited here before attending a wedding in the Garden Hotel. The gardens are beautiful and the views across the sea stunning. To go and see a concert here at the Villa must be an incredible experience and one I may come back to Ravello...More

A large garden with a magnificent view over the coast. Very pretty. Though that is it. A little dissapointing that they were building a scene on half the lower garden, so it was closed.

That tree with the water in the background...Gorgeous. These gardens are beautiful in their own right. However, if you have time to visit only one Villa, (though that would be a pitty), I would recommend Villa Cimbrone over this one.

My 1st outing after arriving on the Amalfi coast was to Villa Rufolo. I had read about it, but you need to experience it to truly understand and feel the peace and beauty of this place. Wondered around for almost four hours, took amazing photos...More

Beautiful views overlooking the coast. Gardens are pleasant and well-kept, but some of the flowers were looking a little bit past their best. It also appeared that you could get a similar panoramic view of the coast from a nearby public space that could be...More

Maybe Ralph D means the Hotel Rufolo which overlooks Villa Rufolo gardens.
