We were close to this tower and decided to explore it on foot. before entering we were greeted by a lovely playful goat. We were already enchanted by the beautiful plants and decoration around the tower. The inside of the tower serves as the workshop of the talented Paolo Sandulli who welcomed us with a warm smile and a great chat. His works are truly inspired by the area surrounding the tower and very much unique. It is a hidden gem in the Amalfi coast.…

The Torre a Mare is a beautiful overlook. We walked it and went to the top where the artist paints. The view was incredible.

A 800 year old structure that I could see it while we are approaching the town- the middle town of Amalfi Coast- the Praiano, a beautiful area to visit, an inspirational place to a local popular artist to do his everyday paintings.
