We went here with our Hiking group and we spent the night on this real Bufalo farm. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated as you would expect a farm house to be. That evening we were treated to a home cooked meal in the beautiful and historic main house. From beginning to end the meal was delicious. Antipasti,... More

Six of us stayed here in mid-May and though we had a bit of rain, we had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful, the staff friendly, the food amazing. Cecelia and her sons, Massimo and Ettore, along with our host, Nicola, made our stay very relaxing and fun. We met lots of fellow travelers and even took a cooking... More

A jewel of a place; a buffalo farm making the real Mozarella. Family run and sourcing all its own produce; they sell lovely meals and charge peanuts for them. When I questioned a low bill for our party they said they just charge what it costs them; they have no transport costs and no middle men. If only everywhere was... More

All very pleasant with a lovely pool and good beaches. Not great views but nice countryside. The meal is incredible value. £15 for four delicious courses including very pleasant house wine thrown in as much as you could drink and topped with a very lovely freshly brewed espresso. The breakfast was as good as anywhere else we stayed. Not amazing... More

I've stayed here three times, and it's a great place. You have to accept it with an open mind – it's rather like being a guest. The staff are almost invisible, which doesn't mean they are inefficient. Far from it. The pool is beautiful; understated, elegant and comfortable. The rooms rnage from lovely to just fine, but they are well-furnished... More

Just far enough away from the town to be completely peaceful. Efficiently run by contessa cecilia and her two sons, who were always available for helpful advice, such as good restaurants or the best gelateria in town ( the fabulous Museo bar gelateria, where you can eat icecream and/or coffee while admiring the best Greek temples in Europe.) The large... More

We spent two nights in April, had two delicious dinners and two good breakfasts, all made with farm raised ingredients, including water buffalo steak and mozzarella da buffalo. Warm breakfast rolls with homemade marmalade and jams, pound cake and almond biscotti to dunk in strong coffee with warm milk. Dinner is served family style, there were eleven of us at... More

As part of our trip to Capaccio and Paestum area, we planned a tour of bufala mozzarella and an area Agritourism. We selected the Azienda Seliano purely on reviews and what was on the web. If your goal is to eat local, home made cuisine then Seliano is perfect for that. The whole experience of wine and some terrific snacks... More
