I don't remember one pork shop from another but Norcia was loaded with them. They are so local and so cute. Norcia is built close to the ground because of constant threat of earthquakes. The village is far from the normal toruist route but worth a visit when in Umbria. The roads here were quite scenic.

Loved this family place. Many places like it here but Dad and daughter? hand out samples of cheese and are very friendly! Last day I had to try the capocola(that's how they spell it here) and it was excellent. Wish we could take this stuff home!
