Fantastic tour of the ancient caves and creepy dungeon by one of the owners herself was the only thing better than an amazing lunch and wine pairing. SUCH wonderful chianti- you'll never want to leave!
Drove upto this winery from Arezzo which took about one hour. Parking was easy in the small car park next to the winery.
Made feel very welcome and seated in the outdoor eating area looking down into the valley. Menus promptly delivered and orders taken....More
We had lunch here today through the arrangements of our driver in the middle of a day of wine tasting and beautiful Tuscan scenery. The mixed salumi platter was excellent with a good variety of meats and cheeses. We both ordered the pici pasta one...More
Our family of 10, including 4 teens had a great tour through the winery. Kids were fascinated going through the deep tunnels and we all enjoyed hearing the history.
After the tour, we did the wine tasting which included assorted meats, cheeses, breads. We bought...More

The family at this winery were incredibly hospitable, wine was fantastic (ordered a lot), and the cheese/meat paired with the wines were perfect! We will return any time we get the chance. Hint on parking in the city - go towards the back of the...More
Loved this place. Walk down a narrow alley to their restaurant where you eat outdoors. Great food and wine. We walked down in the cellar for a while while they were setting up the table (we had 8 of us)
Although the managers (owners?) and the staff are extremely nice, information regarding wine production and ageing provided during the short tour is scarce. For the tasting, I would expect something more than just providing the wines and letting the visitors taste them on their own...More

Instead of a wine tasting, we booked a cooking class. We had a wonderful experience. They were flexible with us driving in from Rome and even did some of the prep work for us. We tasted wines, made jokes, and learned to make pasta from...More
