Like other reviews, we’ve just left Hop Farm feeling utterly deflated and disappointed by the whole experience. The best word to describe Hop Farm is soulless....tired, run down, grubby...and the soft play was also filthy and run down with terrible coffee. As for the grotto,...More

We visited after looking online at what looked like a great place. I can only assume either these photos are very very old or have been photoshopped! Very run down and the outdoor areas flooded and closed. Gift shop looks nice however the house ride...More

Visited the Hop Farm as a treat for the little ones. The park was quiet and very clean. Had lunch at The Barn which i highly recommend (and it's great value). Kids loved the soft play. Great affordable day for all

Thank you for visiting and providing this feedback. We, like most of our customers, would have to disagree. If £3 per person to enter is too much to pay then this is very surprising. Particularly as it also includes all day entry into our animal...More

Invited to a children’s party. Arrived at the party venue, which was in the soft play area in a room just at the side. The room was not set up, no one to greet us. 25 minutes after arriving a young girl delivered the party...More

Thank you for choosing the Hop Farm for your childrens party and providing feedback. We do however have to clarify on some of the points you've made. You booked the basic party package which as advertised doesn't include the meet and greet unlike our other...More

Hi unfortunately I am unsure. When we purchased a meerkat experience they were pretty laid back about letting us walk around the animal enclosure and the facilities after.
