A must see in the heart of town. Authentic Roman Art surrounded of Lecce history. Summer time you can enjoy dance stages from many dance studios in town.

The roman theater is rather small, in particular if compared with many others in Italy, but it fits perfectly in the square. It is a good location for preserving a memory of the past. The theater is still used for activities.

This ancient theatre rivals anything they had in Rome just smaller. Which meant you could easily navigate the whole place and still get the feeling of ancient Rome.

The remains of the old Roman amphitheatre is quite impressive. Hard to imagine all that went on there. Sit back, close your eyes and you can hear the stadium full of people.
