Fantastic frescos in terms of color and composition. Some are certainly damaged, but that lends even more appeal to what is left. Spent about 2 hours just looking. If however, you don’t like frescoes, or art that has been damaged, then don’t bother.

WE thoroughly enjoyed the walk from town center to Palazzo Schifanoia. There is a small fee to enter and you climb the stairs into a large banquet room. The room is rather dark but contains a number of attractive frescoes - little else to see....More

Home of some of the best frescoes that l have seen on this trip, built originally for the ESte family, this is a place that you will want to visit, only 2 rooms to view, but so much to see, afterwards relax in the garden
