Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Having visited the website of the Lagazuoi cable car to get as much information as possible on the feasibility of going to Lagazuoi by cable car and going down via the "great war" tunnel, it seemed quite easy and the only recommendation was to be equipped with a torch. Which was also confirmed when I bought the ticket at the cable car ticket office.
It's not the first time I've hiked in the mountains and I assure you it wasn't easy at all. The use of not only a torch, but also a helmet and harness should be mandatory, given the cost of the cable car (the one-way ticket costs 20 euros and not 17 euros as written on the site, and the rental of the torch costs 7.5 euros ) I expected explanatory plates that were not reduced to a QR code that would be difficult to consult in such a situation.

A little old cable car, but it does its job perfectly. In a few minutes you reach the mountain near the Lagazuoi Refuge. In good weather, you have a beautiful view.

I put the lowest score only and exclusively to emphasize the fact that they charged € 17.50, I repeat € 17.50 to let the dog into the cabin... it is practically shameful to charge such a amount. I have a lot of experience in health implants with my dog and everywhere I went to any height and type of implant never, ever I paid a similar amount... and the climb lasted practically about 3 minutes... shameful

The cable car does its job and has a large cabin, but it is very expensive (20 euros just to get down) as well as having very rude staff. Go on foot they don't deserve your money and stay healthy ;)

A fast cable car that takes you to the refuge at 2750 meters above sea level. Stunning views across the Dolomites and the possibility of having lunch outdoors or indoors with some of the local specialities. The view is worth the climb and for skiers it is a paradise.
