Check out the Cefalu town waterfront even in the offseason...and not just for the public bathrooms in the Marina House on the jetty. Here you'll also find a religious shrine (see pic).

We spent out time on the beach at the Pura Vida Lido during two days. We rented sun beds and a parasol. The restaurant serves good food and restrooms are clean. Good choice.

Couldn't make it through the hoards of people for a swim. Sandy shallow water looked clean. Coming from Australia it was not really amazing but loved seeing it.

Cefalu is a beautiful town at the foot of the Rock, with a beach and a very wonderful old town. Full of charm and wonderful to walk around.

When we were there at Easter there were a couple of people on the beach, in front of the old town, with dogs. The dogs played on the beach and ran in and out of the water.

We stayed on the Cefalu Sea Palace which is has its own stretch of breath opposite the hotel and it's own swimming pool. Just a short walk into the town.
