A museum in the Italian capital of weapon

If you like to see some interesting piece of medioeval weaponery, the Brescia castle museum is a must see.

If you're in Brescia, make some time and visit this Museum. Well kept and very organised. One can appreciate the collection of different old weapons used in the 16th and 17th century.

Lots of armour, helmets, swords and other weapons. Perhaps rather boringly laid out and distinct lack of any English or other language explanations. If you've got as far as walking all the way up to the castle then you might as well see it.

After about an hour one gets tired of seeing racks and racks of armour but it's still pretty spectacular and extensive. Very well managed and full of information. The lack of English signage, however, was a bit off putting for us, but we managed to enjoy the museo just as well.
