Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

While I would love to say we had an excellent time we never got the chance. We arrived at 2:15 and they were completely closed. This is not acceptable

Hi Angus
I am very sorry.
I have been very upset today to read about this mix-up. We are a small family run business and our number one aim for our customers is to help them leave happy from any experience they have with us and our business. Unfortunately, in this instance, we have had the opposite effect.
Though our opening hours on that page of our website show we are closed Tuesday & Wednesday during term time in the cooler months and we always make sure to update our hours on our Google Business page I have now found that there was a mention of us being open 7 days on the bottom of our website that had been overlooked. This has now been rectified.
We really appreciate when people choose to use their valuable time to visit us and are always manning the facility during our advertised opening hours - even if its cold & wet or really hot - and I apologise that this admin error has resulted in a frustrating experience.
If you would like to discuss this further please call me on 5250 3777 - we hope you give us another chance to give you the excellent time you were hoping for and that we know we can deliver.
Warm regards
Sarah

We visited during the school holidays.
It was average weather so the course was quiet which suited us just fine.
My kids aged 12 and 11 absolutely love this place.
I used to visit as a child myself and it’s just as fabulous as it was in the 90’s!
We chose to do the Mill course. It is a little more sheltered and lots of fun.
Super clever course designs and novelty holes.
Prices are very reasonable and if you managed to get the mystery score of the day - you’ll get a little treat from the staff.
We love this place and think you will to!

Hi there
Thank you so much for your lovely review. It really means a lot to us that you took the time to write it. We especially love hearing about the mini golf love being passed on to the next generation! We hope to see you and the family again soon.

We loved “The Mill” mini golf course!
It was great fun for all (teenagers, young child and us adults), we loved the obstacles, the gardens and the water wheel. The trees & shade were appreciated too, on this very warm day.

We took some visitors from England here and had the best time and the most laughs. None of us very good at golf but you don’t have to be! Spent a lovely couple of hours here playing one of the two 18 hole courses, we played The Mill, good fun. Will go back and play the other course soon. Managed to get a hole in one very exciting!!! You can also get coffee, ice cream and some interesting sundaes after your round.

This is one of the best mini golf parks.
There are two 18 hole courses.
My family visited the park twice in a month to complete the mini golf adventure.
The courses are both well maintained, exciting and adventurous. The staff are friendly and attentive.
In summer there is enough shade over the courses for comfort.
Enjoy an ice cream after your adventure. Other food is very limited so do not expect to go along and have a light snack or meal.

2 great courses to choose from. Both were lots of fun and made for a great afternoon. After the round there are some decadent sundaes to choose from, and well deserved after some of the trickier holes! Lots of fun for everyone!

Always a fun time for the family. Course was adventurous and well maintained with a good number of seats available on the way round.
Just a little disappointed that the concession rate is ‘not available during school holidays’. You should note that on your price board or remove it as an option as it was misleading for the pensioners.

The park is well arranged, 2 separate 18 hole courses, with lots of fancy gizmos to keep the kids (young and old) amused through the game. Reasonably shady as well, a real bonus during summer

Family day out with 2 adults and 3 kids, pretty busy being school holidays but that wasn't an issue. Couple of fun rounds of mini golf on an interesting and challenging but not impossible course. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Place could do with a working bee clean up and refresh, and the water attracts a few mosquitos.
