Adventure Park winter glow
Jun. 2021 • Family
Winter glow at adventure Park
Geelong from 3pm to 8pm.
The whole family went on Sunday and was so good with
all the lights.
They had rides open which the kids had fun.
You can buy food,or a cup of coffee.
Kids had heaps of fun in the snow zone which you had to book a time to go into.
Must wear warm clothes, hat, beanies and gloves
as was a bit chilly.
The lights was totally the best.
It's for all ages.

Age not height
Dec. 2020
I just do not understand why it is height and not age that determines entry cost. My children were over 120cm when they were 4 so have to pay a full entry for kids who only use the kidzone rides and the lazy river. Not like kinder kids will go down the tornado :D Lovely man at the car ride though :)

Hi there Our admission price is based on height because our ride access is based on height. Those over 120cm have access to the most rides and those under 120cm and 90cm have fewer ride options until they grow a little bit. As such our admission price is based on how many rides they can go on. I hope that makes sense!

Fantastic, best day out ever
Mar. 2021 • Family
Fantastic day out, the staff were super professional and had a great attitude. I cannot rate the park highly enough. I recommend hiring a cabana if you have a family as it made our day that much easier having a base to gather to. The only thing that would have made it easier would of been if the cabanas have their own small locker for your valuables

Go to Funfields instead. Better bang for your buck and more empathetic.
Mar. 2021
Couldn't change date- (forecast sunny-is pouring and son injured foot) spent $200 on a family pass now unable to use. Wouldn't change it to final w/e open. Leaves a really sour taste in your mouth. Will not be recommending and will return to Funfields next time in Whittlesea, closer to Melbourne and much more appreciative of their customers.

Disappointed
Mar. 2021
A family member purchased 5 tickets for myself and my family on the 19th of January 2020, as a Christmas present.
We were planning on going within the next month, as covid hit and we figured we’d have 12 months from purchase to use these tickets, like so many other companies run their expiration policies.
Nope! Turns out the tickets only had 3 months left on them!?
I can’t understand why a business would let someone purchase tickets, and only offer them 3 months to utilise them!? They expired end of the 19/20 season, being April last year, so besides the expiration timeframe, we weren’t even able to go with covid.
Just really disappointed, and wanted to give others a heads up for any vouchers you receive or purchase for others that they may not have a decent bit of time on them. Such an unfortunate waste of money.

Hi there We're very sorry about your disappointment. Yes, all our tickets are valid until the end of the season that they are purchased for and this is stated on the tickets. In the 2019-20 season, covid restrictions meant we had to close two weeks early on the 17 March 2020. Because of this we offered guests with pre-purchased tickets the opportunity to use their tickets in the first few weeks of the 2020-21 season. We highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing tickets as a gift consider a gift card instead as these are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Awesome all day fun!
Jan. 2021
Had a fabulous time with the family. Didn't seem too crowded and the layout was easy for way finding. Could have done more with the facilities, especially more shower and change rooms as many people left it until later then there were queues. Loved the Tsunami and mini golf courses. Only gripe is the courses back track as some holes so disrupts the flow.

Just missed the mark
Jan. 2021
Arrived just on opening time and massive queues as the venue was sold out. The lines moved really quickly and everything was efficient. Heaps and heaps of covered areas with tables to sit. No need to book a cabana or private area in my eyes. This is really well resourced. Lockers are good for storing personal belongings. Staff friendly and everything runs really well. Bad thing was the lines for all rides were approx 20 mins - 40 mins on everything. This is with reduced COVID numbers in park too, by the way there was no social distancing happening at all, 100 people lined up for a ride squashed in like sardines. This place is great value for money, is a great set up but the wait was awful and would not visit again for this reason. If we could go on a day with less people attending then great, otherwise it was soooo frustrating.

Birthday gone wrong!!!
Dec. 2020 • Family
So disappointing. Fourth birthday in a row. One of our guests was a member and we accidentally paid for her at gate. They acknowledged she was a season pass holder then said too bad no refunds. I explained I was a local, regular, and was planning to upgrade lots of the guests to season passes and just wanted a $48 credit towards, Spent over $800 on the day. Terrible customer service. Your “Policy” sucks.

Not safe
Dec. 2020 • Family
My son and I had an accident on the Tornado early Dec 2020.

He got a hematoma above his left eye, hit his knees and hands hard as he got thrown out of the raft. The raft flipped just after the big funnel that's being advertised on TV and posters. The staff did not help us out as we tried to swim out of the collection pool even though my son was in visible pain and distress. They did not stop the next raft coming down which could have hit us either. Zero help. First aid at reception after was superficial.

I have reached out to their GM. The operations mgmt team was apparently not even notified of the accident. The incident report however states "informed park operations". They promised me to investigate and get back to me. I have not heard from them since.

Reconsider your trip to Adventure Park Geelong is my advice. Not safe

Hi Veeelo, we're very sorry about this unusual accident and your son's injury. We have inquired with our general manager who assures us that all steps were taken to provide your son with first aid treatment and that you have been speaking to him about this.

Rip off

Disgusted! I am an RACV member and was told we couldn’t receive the discount even though it’s on the website. They said it was due to limited numbers but that’s crap as there is so much availability especially this week due to bad weather. So many families hurting financially right now and can only go if they can use their RACV discount. It pretty simple to update the website to let people know that this discount no longer applies. Won’t ever go again based on principle. The attraction is for families but $200 for a family of 4 is an absolute joke and don’t even get me started on charging $12 for a locker!

Hi, thanks for your feedback. RACV purchase tickets from us as a third party supplier and on-sells them to members with a 10% discount. This year we are unable to provide third party suppliers with tickets as visitors must book their visit online via our website to comply with the government's COVID capacity restrictions and contact tracing requirements. We're very sorry for your disappointment however we are operating at a much lower capacity in season 2020-21 and give priority to our season pass members and those booking directly with us.
