Stopped for lunch drinks and food was reasonably priced ham egg and chips was very good but fish and chips was a big let down fish was like leather I complained to one of the staff and nothing was done about my meal very disappointed

This is possibly the first time I've rated a spoons with a bad score and the main reason is the smelly upstairs toilets , this day and age there is no excuse for this .

Very similar to most Weatherspoons but unlike other pubs in the chain there is little architectural variation in this pub. There is the usual selection of cheap drinks and food, but the pub is quite dark, still worth a visit if your in the area.
