A stubby if not breezy walk. I'd wrap up. Careful how far you walk as the tide could cut you off but the cut off point is sign posted and quite away out.

Very wild scenery, desolate and beautiful. With young children we didn't manage the walk right to the end of the spit but had a fantastic time on the rocks, winkle and limpet spotting at low tide.
