We nearly didn't visit the museum due to other options being on the table, but we're so glad we did. The Roman garden was a favourite as well as the amount of glass that has survived. Definately recommend it

Great little museum with fascinating little Roman garden to the rear, within easy walking distance of the other Roman remains in this charming village.

The museum takes you right to the start of the Roman invasion explaining everything from the life of the soldiers to the life of the local people. It's small but packs a lot in and put things across very well.

Smack in the middle of one of the ancient roman settlements you have this great museum. It is not huge so you do not have to worry if standing /walking is an issue. You are also walking distance to the amphitheater.
