A Fantastic experience, huge consideration for safety, but lots of fun fun. And ran by professionals. This is a sport worth doing right and it's great to have instructors who know they are talking about. On top of that duncannon is an exceptional beach with stunning views. Good to go all year round, once ya get going ya don't notice... More

This is the perfect place to try out and learn how to kite surf. The instruction was first class and very informative yet fun, going into the theory of how to get the best out of the wind and lots about safety. The water at Duncannon is nice and shallow so we were never out of our depth, the wet... More

This reviews is a bit late, but I felt the need of letting people know what it's like for me as I had a great time there. Kitesurfing is not the easiest sport in the world, but it's possible to experience a lot of it's techniques in a day. I had a one day course with Niall, the weather and... More

As we are both in our 50 s we were bit nervous but Niall put is through the various stages explaining and reassuring us all... More

Our kite surfing experience on Duncannon beach was really fun. We learnt how to keep the kites in the sky and to steer them. It was a great thrill when a sudden gust of wind pulled you along the beach or lifted you in the air. I would definitely recommend this to other families and Niall in Hookless Kitesufing has... Last time I went paddle boarding was in Tenerfie & I fell off all the time. This time I tried it down at Hooked Kitesurfing down in Duncannon and didn't fall in once! Niall is great teacher and is extremely funny. He didn't rush his lesson and took the time to take photos. The hut itself is really modern &... More

When my friends suggested we go stand up paddling I have to say I was nervous but from the minute we arrived Niall and Christina set my mind at ease. As a person who is very nervous of water they gave me the confidence to enter the water under excellent instruction. I have to say we enjoyed every minute of... More

Niall is brilliant teacher, not just a great kiteboarder. I was up on the board, the second attempt on day 2. That was a couple of years ago and since then Niall has been giving free tips and advice ever since. I have kited all over Ireland and abroad, the spots that Niall teaches on are some of the best... We were on holiday in Wexford and spotted the Hooked Kitesurfing shop by the beach at Duncannon, we had a chat with Nial about it and booked a 3 hour introductory course later in the week. It was raining heavily on the first date and Nial suggested we go the next day instead, all very relaxed and none of he... More
