It is best to watch the short dvd before you start the tour. The main room with the wall art is very interesting especially with the guide explaining the paintings.

Was a stunning day of sun and blue sky’s when we visited, and the gardens were a delight to see. The guides are very informed and friendly. Was a lovely few hours seeing the place.

Very interesting place to visit.The Palace. Is amazing which also has a lovely walled garden that you can walk around the village is very?nice to lots of lovely cottages. And the Abbey.is also nice. You will enjoy this place .

You can just walk around the village but to get into the Castle you have to have a ticket.

1 Hour but you can take as long as you like......The Red Lion pub is just along the road and it is very good for lunch!
