Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Michael was pleasant to deal with. Pontoon was in good working order.
We had a great time and was value for money. I went as a family of 5 plus my 2 parents.
BBQ on the river was spectacular.

Relaxing cruise on the Tweed River to see the area from the water. Host and guide very informative of the landscape and the Aboriginal and early settler history. Enjoyed spotting lots of birds. Highly recommended.

What a magical day on the mighty Tweed River on this great BBQ boat. Highly recommend Mike and his team who provided a quality boat with plenty of space for our group of 10. The boat was so clean with a huge esky to keep everything chilled and a good sized bbq. We will book again for another great day!

We were a group of 10 and booked the pontoon boat for the afternoon. What a great time we all had. The boat is very stable and spacious enough to move around easily. Plenty of seating for everyone and having an esky, BBQ and toilet on board was fantastic. We brought our own food with us and found a quiet little spot to enjoy lunch. Next time we would stop in at Chinderah and collect fish and chips .
Everyone on board has not stopped talking about what a perfect afternoon it was. We would highly recommend hiring the pontoon boat.

Purchased this experience in April 2022. Booked for June .They forgot to turn up after my 1hr trip there and forgot to advise that cancelled due to floods. Booked again for November and was advised, by txt late the night before, that equipment was stolen. Was suspicious; but benefit of doubt. So booked last week and asked if confirmation emails would help it happen. Mike said no: ALL GOOD. Turned up at 7 am my time this morning and again NO ONE THERE. Rang Mike and he answered like he had just woke up. Said I'll be there soon and HUNG UP. We waited for just over a half hour and phoned several times but he had turned his phone off.
This business is very badly run and you cannot believe anything promised. Even telling me that they were no longer interested in the Kayak rental would have been better.
Be warned!!!!

Just had another thought ... The "Skipper" Michael has a mobile number that I did contact him on - if you have no joy with the land-line number try 0439 554 525 - he will give you all the information you need. Cheers

Sorry please disregard my last answer. I was talking about the kayaking tour in New Zealand, got them mixed up.. The tweed river cruise leaves opposite the 2 storey white building, from memory it's a restaurant where we ate after the cruise.

The picture shows canoeing. Is this the cruise? Or is it (hopefully) a proper river cruiser boat.
