Ellis Brrok Valley Reserve is free to enter and once inside you can find neat little walking trails, phogenic scenes and great little picnic spots.

We did the sixty foot falls trail. Lovely small hike up to the top of the falls, gorgeous scenery the whole way. You can see the city at the top of the hike and when you get to the quarry it is beautiful. Only one small issue - as we went on a 35 degree day, the gates at the... More

A hidden gem. Great walk and interesting nature reserve. Will definitely return to explore further. Climb/walk a bit rough in places so not suitable for young children or those with some physical disability.

A great place to visit well laid out plenty of parking. Lots of areas for a BBQ and picnic great facilities very clean. The walk trails are well maintained. Some great views of Perth area from the top of the walk. Plenty of wildflowers and natural bush land. Lots of birds and other wildlife. Great for couples and families, generally... More

Pro's: - gorgeous natural scenery, good views of the city (not clear enough for Rottnest views today) - easy walking on the blue wren trail (1.4km each way) - circuit walk 1.7km east for a reasonably fit person, is fairly steep at times. Worth it to see the quarry more than the falls. - can swim if you want (one... More

After 5 years living within the area and passed by signs to Ellis Brook Valley, I never thought about going.. It was a nice place for a walk and admire nature. Not too much to see but we had a great time. Will go back to look for the orchids, only went to the Sixty Foot Falls trail.

Absolutely amazing place to visit but my car window was broken today and the low life took valuables from my car. Such a wonderful day but spoilt unfortunately by a person that has to steal for a living.

Nice selection of trails to suit all. Only just found out about the reserve and it is so close. The trails are nice and well marked, suitable for all ages. Took my dogs and walked with a friend and his dogs. The dogs loved the adventure and were nicely tuckered out,60 Foot falls had plenty of water and looked lovely

I love waterfalls, so I looked around Perth to find something close by. We went on a weekday and there was still a surprising amount of people about. I took a map of the trail but I didn't really need it. Google maps took us straight to the destination, and the trail was easy to find and follow. There are... More

Can't believe this place is so close to home & we never even new it existed!! We had a beautiful family day here. Didnt realise till afterwards that we chose the hardest trail, (2km track with lizard) but my 3yr old daughter had no problems completing it in just over an hour. The 60ft falls were great, and the view... More
