We have been in Vitamparc many times, and every time we had difficulties with the admission and this time was no exception (long queues despite "liberty" pass). This time, we had lunch there for the first (and last) time - the kids had hotdogs, which were so disgusting that they refused to eat them. If Vitamparc is about promoting a... More

This place has become a circus. The staff working there is either totally unhelpful or arrogant. The SPA has toilets which don't flush properly (I spare the readers the details), a door into the men's showers has been missing for month, overall definitely not worth the money spent. I have filed in a complain and was told to wait..... 3... More

I brought two grandchildren to the water park when I visited Geneva. We spent an enjoyable midweek afternoon there. The lazy river with jetted water was very warm. The water slides are almost too flat to be fun, however. It was a clean facility with ample seating, large, free lockers and body dryers. We had one problem with management when... More

Visited the Spa on a sunny day, the outdoor pool with occassional bubbles was a pure pleasure. Kids 10-11 yo loved the various slides and 2 yo had activities in kids pool. Temperature indoor nice for 4 hours and good selection of snacks available in cafeteria. Hygiene good but floors slightly slippery.

a wonderful time to spend with the kids on a winter visi, when it's raining, a few slides suited for all ages, a worm pool that you can swim outside in the rain , it's an adventure there is also a spa area but cost more

A must have in your winter calendar around Geneva, you can find hot water and sauna (not a thermal bath), with family friendly aquatic slides and a water carousel. **I don't rate better than average for a major reason since summer 2016: hygiene might be an issue, particular in sauna area where staff should clean better the whole area. **

Centre next to Ibis hotel and water park is good for kids. Also has fitness centre I think. Has climbing wall and kids play centre. Small shopping mall with sushi place and macdonalds and supermarket. Kids will enjoy it

A great water park with indoor and outdoor slides of different degrees of difficulty/excitement. Most slides are for 6 years and over, some are for 10 years and over. Very clean. Lots of sun loungers outside. Brilliant place to spend a half a day. Adults €22.00 Enfants 6-15yrs €15.00 Lockers are free. Food is limited inside but plenty of choice... More

Went twice with my kids and they just loved as they could go inside or outside. it has everything a kid wants when in the water. The "restaurant" was good. Plenty of life guard.
