Stunning looking bridge and a must in the autumn for a photograph when the Virginia creeper turns red on the tea room.

What more can be said about this lovely little bridge which crosses the Conwy in Llanrwst? It is a little gem which always delights us whenever we see it, and is well worth stopping at to have a closer look.

This is an excellent old bridge, well worthy of a photo or 2. Very narrow, so be careful if crossing and be aware that the road on the far side of the rivere from Llanrwst is prone to flooding after rain in the mountains.

Worth driving to see... We were staying @ Betws y Coed, the Bridge is situated in Llanwrst, 4 miles up the road. The Tea Rooms " Tu Hwnt i'r Bont lies at one end of the Bridge. A Must visit!

If you park at the main car park in Llanwrst there is a nce walk along the river to the bridge with great views as you approach. Try the tearoom just over the bridge for drinks and snacks.

Travelled over this bridge many times, it always funny trying to get over, as its very narrow and you can't see if anyone is coming the other way, even though there are lights on one side, The rule is who ever reaches the top first...More
