So we had a trip to Wembley to see Fleetwood mac awesome, what wasn't awesome was the price of a return fare on the Hotel Hoppa Bus Co. £11 for a 4 minute 1 stop bus ride we didn't know about the free bus that runs and the bloody driver didn't pass on this information either, his reply was pay or get off I don't set the fares. So we emailed TFL there reply was nothing to do with them, emailed the lord mayor's office ,no joy there referred us to TFL, contacted the company and a week later got a reply saying fares are well publicised, really we didn't see any and only found out the cost when the driver told us. Just another rip off company and no one in authority wants to know shame on you London

Booked a MPV online and received confirmation via email two day before we travel.... but no car showed up!! When I called customer service and was told that there is no confirmation follow-up and if I want a car it will talk 30 to 45 min.
Why would one need to confirm a confirmation? And who has 45min to spare when heading to a flight?
We ended up taking two cars to make it with all our things
