As always there was a quiz for little one as which held their attention. They were captivated by the exhibits especially with the anticipation of drawers being opened. A very hands on museum and terrific value. Highly recommended.

This is a nice little museum which is worth a visit. There was a section dedicated to war memorabilia with its walls covered in photos of soldiers, very moving.

Great little museum with some very quirky exhibits. Lots of info on Ilfracombe and it's history with some lovely ladies sitting in one of the rooms knitting items to sell in the shop, which was great.

Thank you for your kind comment regarding Ilfracombe Museum. The ladies knitting are called 'The Crafty Ladies Sewing Group' and have raised lots of funds for us. They are very special and revered. regards Josie Jones Administrator
