I used to come here all the time when I was younger and still do the annual Christmas light walk through. It's seriously deteriorated with regards to the lighting themes and displays which is such a shame! Although it is good use of recycling but...More

Lovely place to walk through, although the weather had been slightly wet, it wasn't too muddy. We entered at Governors Bridge entrance and followed the path downwards. There are streams and bridges, lots of forks in the pathways so just take a chance! We found...More

This delightful little glen is amazing, especially after dusk because that's when the magic begins! There are lots of characters lit up as you meander through the glen at night. If the kids are still awake they'll love it!

Lovely little glen nestling between Douglas & Onchan. It has illuminations which are obviously best viewed on dark evenings in the autumn, & it has a delightful festive display at Christmas time. A lovely glen to walk through at any time of the year.

Great place to take the kids when the nights get dark, beautiful illuminations. Need wellies for the little ones in the winter if it has rained, but otherwise good surfaces.

As far a I am aware they are. There is no-one checking at either end of the glen and we have certainly seen people walking their dogs. Hope that helps and that you enjoy it!
