Beware of the food stalls here - sometimes the food they sell here is dicey. (One of them even spiked the chips I bought from them.)

Set in midst of the town centre with plenty of stalls on a daily basis. All the usual culprits albeit on different days. shoes, veg, household, butcher, they are all there at some point. Worth visiting to keep independent traders in business.

Having never been to shop in Newcastle before we found the place to be very interesting and loved the outdoor market on the high st. We will be going again time permitting.
