The Gildhouse is a fully restored Tudor Gildhouse, c. 1540, Open on Wednesdays from 10 am - 4pm from Easter until the end of October. Free admission, guided tours etc plus a full education programme for schools, history groups and WIs etc.

Beautiful location ideal for a small wedding venue, hall and kitchen well looked after, we had a hog roast just outside at the bottom of the steps, would recommend to all family, friends and general public.

Very interesting site but only open on Thursday afternoons.Check dates.the Church next door is worth visiting-very large for the size of the village.More
