A lovely place to have a walk or do some water sports . With a cafe and kids play park . Camping nearby . A nice path around the lake with fishing if you wish . £4 for parking all day . A pleasant day...More

Went for walk round lake with our two dogs, must be kept on a lead that’s not a problem. Lovely lake we did the north lake, lots of fishermen. Also rowers going up & down looked very energetic.

Lovely walk round the lake. We were able to get round in around 1.5 hours with a slightly grumpy 3 year old. (He cheered up when he saw the play park...!)

It's a great lake, has a good cafe, full watersports centre (in the summer), and a parkrun every Saturday. Go for it!
