You can set off from the bottom of the hill or from one of the car parks half way to the falls . The later has merit as you can extend the walk past the falls up into the woodland .

Stayed just outside Callander on my travel through the highlands. Read about the falls in a folder from the bed and breakfast I stayed at. Took a morning walk to the falls and stayed at the beautiful bridge for a while just watching the water.

An hour or so of beautiful countryside with stunning views of waterfalls. Lovely new bridge making taking photos easy and safe. We did circular walk which was easy and took just over one hour. Lovely place to visit

Lovely walk to the water falls and if you are feeling more adventurous walk the circular walk above the waterfall and through the forest. Hilly on places but well worth the views.

A lovely walk to the falls. Once you get there and see them it is worth it. Our first falls of our holiday and will remember this place.

Good surfaced path from car park down to the falls. Nice bridge over the river for good views of the falls. After the bridge the path does not appear to be so well surfaced.

This waterfalls is breathtakingly beautiful! If you travel anywhere near, make sure that you visit it, it is really worth! It's about a 3/4 miles walk from the car park. There is a bridge across over it, directly above the most dramatic section. Really really...More

A steady walk of about 1km from the car park which is really too small for the level of interest, so places are hard to secure. Walkers will not have such a problem. However, well worth the effort and you are rewarded with an incredible...More

Yes it would be possible as there is a reasonable track to follow. If the person is in a wheelchair this would be fine. It would not be possible to go any further than the Bridge as ground is very rough from then on. Hope... More

There are 2 car parks. Travel further uphill to the second one. From there it is a short uphill walk to the falls. I did it unaided when I was four! Local maps are available free from the tourist board
