We walked along Rob Roy's trail from KIlmahog to Strathyre, 8 miles, along the old railway track. The walk is quite flat, so easy going and well way marked. There is a cafe with a shop and toilets part way along and also a cafe...More

A simple and serene setting. A couple of car parks on the East shore. A campsite at the North. Holiday cabins for rent on the West shore. A nice little, less known, gem of a loch. I'm glad I found it.

We stopped here en route from Liverpool to Balquhidder for a very welcome break for the dog. Kids loved it. Busy but enough room for everyone to have their own space. Very clean. Stunning scenery.

Superb, stunning scenery, you could and we did sit for hours just drinking it in. Ideal for a quick dip and or a picnic in places there are cafe and parking facilities

On a tour stopped here to view the beauty of it all. Was kinda foggy early in the morning but still so nice with wild flowers around. Saw some campers who appeared to enjoy it all as well. Nice stop driving through.

Loch Lubnaig is a beautiful spot where the tranquil loch is surrounded by lovely green hills covered with thick forests. There are several small parking areas on the lochs’ shore where you can stop from the A84 road and view this gorgeous lake.

We stopped here to see our first "loc" on our Highlands tour from Edinburgh, and it is gorgeous. Calm, serene views, quiet area. Looks like a good place to canoe.
