I first visited about 15 years ago and thought it was a great place then. What they gave done with it since its frankly astounding. Brilliant cafe, very busy at times, serving great food. Very welcome after a ride on the local trails.

My boys (18 & 14) took to the trails, the youngest hiring one of the full suspension bikes (£30 for a half day). The bike was in excellent condition and well suited to the trails, thoroughly enjoyed it will be back again.
