Symonds yat rock is not disabled friendly. The path from the carpark to the bridge is dangerous for people with walkers or wheelchairs. It does not comply with the disabled persons act of 2004. There no toilets at this site.

The woodland area is a mix of trees but there are oak and beech, creating an amazing display of autumn colours. The views from the viewpoints were spectacular. You can see for miles on a clear day.

We enjoyed a few walks around the area. The highlight was the viewpoint. We also walked down to the river wye (the walk back up was hard work) we added a coin to the coin tree half way. We would return for the views alone.

Loved it. Some amazing views and lovely walks around the area. The bird watching was also superb, think we saw a Goshawk, but sadly we missed the peregrine falcons. Very well done with interpretation boards on the geology and history of the site. Also with...More

Walked here with my partner and four year old from the forest holidays area. Nice straight forward walk in great surroundings. The Yat it's self offered a fantastic view over some very recognizable landscape. Well worth it.
