Rainy and not much to see

There isn't much there and what was there was inaccessible as the gates were locked. It started to rain so we didn't stay long

Four and a half couples and a fifteen month old child visited Tully Castle by barge in February. We landed at the public jetty and followed the signs up the firm path through the wood. The interpretive centre was open even though it was out-of-season, with good poster board presentations about the history of the castle and the area. The... More

As well as being a historical site and having lovely gardens this castle would be awesome to use as a photography shoot or back drop. Worth a visit-bring a good camera.

Came here last week just as the sun was setting, it was freezing but well worth it. Lovely castle, shame they got rid of the gardens infront of it. Nice to walk around and look at, would love to go inside.

This castle ruins is a quiet non touristy place. We were the only folks there. Road is a single lane in and out so pray nobody comes in the other direction. Simple, picturesque, a 15 minute stop.

We popped into Tully Castle, on a whim, one overcast autumn afternoon. For most of the time we were the only people there. The car park was empty and the visitor centre closed. There was no access to the interior of the castle. The walk up to the ruins was pleasant, however. The site is small and flat and there... More

Easy to access and good to explore, it was a Scottish planters house built in the 17th century. Used to have lovely gardens but now just lawn.

We moored at the Lough Erne jetty below the Castle or would probably never have known of its existence. There is a lovely walk from the jetty to the Castle and back along the shore and just enough Castle left to appreciate with the aid of the interpretation boards. However, it looks as though it is a long time since... More

Tully castle is a ruin, as the photos show. It is accessed by a narrow road. We found nothing there. Disappointing

Interesting castle with beautiful lakeside walk. We were disappointed that this castle which has been renovated was closed so we only got walk around its perimeter.
