What an interesting place to visit! Having lived through the era of steam trains I found this very fascinating. Although the space is limited, there is a tremendous amount of memorabilia. It is up some quite steep stairs so not accessible for less abled people....More

Where else can you get your hair cut in a railway museum! The museum is small but informative, and the owner very eager to speak about local social history. Plus got a good beard trim & haircut for only £6. Bargain!More
