Lovely local, Staff are friendly, Ale is always good, 2 home and 3 guest which are regularly changed, not the cheepest but has a large contingent of regulars. Mainly from the local sporting community.

I cannot understand how these owners can give people accounts so they can drink more than they can afford and more importantly allow some of them to drink excessively when they know the person has his car in the car park I thought licensees had...More

Nice local pub with friendly staff and nice atmosphere. People even bring their own dogs in with them. With a wide variety of drinks including several Gins and IPAs you shouldn’t be short of choice. There is also a function room available to hire at...More

The closest pub to me and it's a cracker. This is a traditional old Marstons pub and I doubt very much has changed over the years. No yobs, no idiots - this is not the place to come for a wild night of jäger bombs...More

Been there a few times, the pub is a 'rugby' pub loads of rugby stuff on the walls, the prices are reasonable. No jukebox, I actually enjoyed it. Well done.

A warm, friendly pub with a monthly quiz to keep you on your toes. The beer is good, and they raise lots of money for charity

Good beer and a good welcome. Friendly atmosphere. Selection of guest beers each month. One of the best pints of Marston Burton Bitter you will have. Not sure how to rate a public house on "sights" so have scored as neither a promoter or detractor.
