Very well laid out, great quality exhibits and nice to see tram and trolley bus rides being given - so nostalgic! This is probably ideal for the public transport aficionado but there is plenty for the casual visitor.

We love coming here as its like stepping back in time and we can show the children just how things where back in the day. During the year this place hold special events and the xmas one I would deffo recommend. Its worth a visit....More

It's worth pointing out, from the outset, that there is limited parking available (and none at all during special events, like the one we attended) and you're better off traveling in from Lowestoft on the bus. It's also worth pointing out that UK taxpayers can...More

Amazing day out here, we want to go back already! Helpers were brilliant and really made the day special, they give 100% all the time and make it just like stepping back in time. The cafe was very reasonably priced with good food and drinks....More

On level ground it would be OK. To travel on the Buses and Trams would be difficult if you are not very good at getting around. The staff may be of help. (High steps on vehicles)

The museum has a car park ( approx 60 spaces ) on it's Chapel Road site, gates open usually at 11.45am. Car park is not available on special event days when a free Park & Ride is provided. The next such event is 23rd/24th... More
