Founded in 1959 and still steaming! We run steam trains between Sheffield Park and East Grinstead on over 200 days each year, and are open even when no trains are running.

Amazing railway for all ages - both children and adults alike. The scenery is lovely and the various stations along the way are well kept. Lovely pleasant staff /volunteers are friendly and knowledgeable.

Trip lasts about 40 minutes one way. Lovely trip to East Grinstead. Quite pricey £19 per adult ticket, although have to keep the line running hence price. Good cafe/bar at Sheffield Park Station, small museum and gift shop. Staff friendly and helpful.
