Not a big place but just enough for a stroll. Lovely to see the bluebells just coming out. The farm has just a few sheep, pigs, hens, ducks and geese. We had lunch in the cafe. Big portions of simple but tasty food and at a cheap price e.g lasagne, chips and salad for £4.25. A great way to spend... More

Had a nice day out here and our young children enjoyed it. The farm animals section isn't that big but there is plenty of walking space and it's popular with dog walkers. Plus it's free so what more can you ask for. The on site cafe was very good, food reasonably priced and quick, friendly service. A big selection of... More

A pleasant couple of hours spent at the craft fair, then strolling round the farm and fields. Excellent tea room (the Black Country cheesecake is exceedingly toothsome!) A great shame that the herd of Hereford cattle is no longer here, but as that was the decision of the local Council, no criticism can be levied against the farm.

On the whole, the farm itself is not very remarkable, but there is just enough ground for a good healthy stroll through nearby woodland and back to the cafe for breakfast. The cafe itself is very basic but is clean, cheerful and serves very nice, if not basic food. Breakfast is always good and well presented. The staff are friendly... More

The black and white farm buildings provide a wonderful setting on the outskirts of the town.Although there were only a few farm animals my 8 year old enjoyed spending a couple of hours visiting them and walking in the grounds. It was a frosty winter afternoon so we enjoyed a warming mug of hot chocolate after our walk. The cafe... More

We went here on a visit because we have passed it several times but never been in.There really isn't much to see a few ducks,cockerel,swans/geese and a pig.A herb garden that had barely anything in there and a few old pieces of machinery.Maybe they have more on in the summer but it was hardly worth the visit.
