Been many times to evening concerts always an excellent occasion. Very special ambience and the style of the theatre is of a by gone age, but still suitable for rock bands

One of the best opera theatres in the North. All seats had good views and plenty of room. Have a look around the pavilion. The pre-performance meal is excellent.

Enjoyed Buxton Festival 2017 and saw two great operas, Verdi's Macbeth, Britten's Albert Herring - both very well done.

I attended the annual International Festival at this lovely Opera House. The Festival is very well organised and the operas although not with the most lush productions are very well done and reasonably priced. The Festival is not only opera but other music and literature.

Sorry, no but if you have a blue badge you can park on the double yellow lines outside the theatre. It is about 20 metres to the disabled entrance
