Before going on holiday in Monmouth we checked out the local micro breweries and visited Kingston Brewery. Very good decision. We bought a dozen bottles which were superb. Apologies for long delay in putting this review on Tripadvisor, we were there July 2016. We enjoyed the area so much we are returning this July and will definitely pre order more... More

We had a great time on the half day brewing course with Mark and would recommend it to anyone interested in beer (drinking or brewing). Mark is such a friendly chap and really knowledgeable on the brewing process. As well as sampling plenty of the Kingstone beers we also learnt a huge amount about the brewing process, a lot of... We had a half day brewing course with Mark to learn a little bit about making beer. We were welcomed with a smile, Mark kept us well lubricated all day long and offered a terrific day to the three of us. Lunch was included in a friendly local pub, and we went away with a detailed knowledge of the brewing... More

Saw the small sign advertising beer tasting so turned around & disappeared along the track ending up at the small brewery tap, shop & much more. What a fabulous set up, micro brewery, tap, clay pizza oven, clamping, cabins & much more not forgetting the brewery tours. Had a interesting chat with the owner Edward, what a lovely guy &... More

Had an excellent time on the full brewery day, lots of nice beers to try and great hospitality from Jan kepping us well fed. The tour was really informative, fun and hands on. Mark is full of knowledge and gave some useful tips on home brewing! The day was topped of with fantastic weather and set in a beautiful location.

Just spent my birthday weekend at Kingstone's Hop Garden. Lovely location, the village of Tintern is fantastic. Honestly some of the best Ale I've ever had available in the shop. You can go full camping or lean more towards glamping, it's up to you. Only negative thing I would say, and it's a small one, WiFi wouldn't hurt. Will definitely... More

Great place - especially for their pizza which is the best ever (but not always available - first Saturday of the month). Great beer. Ed and Tori are very friendly hosts. Also useful as a place to book for events.

This is a very special place and Tori and Ed lovely people. We stayed in the Lodge which was amazing - cosy and beautifully decorated - we absolutely loved it. Also had a nosey at the Shepherd's hut - again beautifully decorated; and the communal area the same. "Shabby chic" I would describe the style - everything put together in... More

We were visiting the winery next to the Wye Valley Hotel, noticed bottled from the brewery on the shelf and were told were to go. It was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. In the shop we were welcomed and offered tastings of 6 different beers. All were good, but we ended up buying 3 including the smoked porter... More
