A beautiful area on the edge of the beach better than a promenade with excellent walks lovely landscaped gardens and even adventure play area for children. Its WEST of the Harbour Arm and you can walk to Hythe from here about 5 miles. Beautiful views...More

I’m afraid the main playground wouldn’t be suitable for young children. There is a smaller playground, which I’d presume was designed for younger children, however there’s no age restrictions and older kids also play there.

when we went there were a lot of barbecue zones and bits of kit so I really doubt you need to (or even can) prebook but it was not obvious how the kit would work and most people we saw barbecuing had brought their own stuff... More
