Could be a really nice park, but the flower beds were overgrown and the playpark has seen better days. The museum was very good though

A town park in the best Victorian tradition - a boating lake, unusual trees, flower beds and town museum. The museum has a very pleasant cafe with more seating outside overlooking the park. Luton has an image problem for residents of other towns in Herts...More

Sadly only had a quick visit but a lovely park with lots of different areas to explore with a big pond. It is definately a place to revisit espcially on a warm day and spend more time here.

Visit here almost daily, always clean and tidy, well kept. Lovely to walk around or sit and read a book. Handy little takeaway cafe to get a cuppa. Lovely picturesque park.

Used to love this park as a child, ice cream shop, park, swans and litter free. However, recent years means it has fallen into disrepair in some areas. There are still nice areas, interactive displays and lovely photo opportunities, but can't help but feel it...More

The area in front of Wardown House has some nice gardens with attractive planting. The area around the lake is generally good and the restored suspension bridge certainly adds something. There is quite good signage around the lake providing decent background information. The rest of...More

I first discovered this little gem whilst cycling around Luton after moving to the area. Despite pouring down with rain it was amazing to shelter under the willow trees and enjoy the impressive fountains. More recently I have discovered that the Luton parkrun occurs here...More
