The garden and house is a family estate and they only open in February for the snowdrops and during this time raise many thousands of pounds for charity . And of course it is the home of the Great British Bake off .

We usually visit Welford in the Spring to see the snowdrops which are spectacular. It is a lovely place to wander through the grounds and enjoy a light snack or coffee and cake afterwards.

The snowdrops here are simply spectacular. We spent an hour here, hewing snowdrops from every angle, cake in the (very busy) cafe and checking out the site of bake off. Parking worked despite the volume of cars and people, not a cheap trip at £7...More

Had been meaning to visit for a couple of years. Amazing display and well worth visiting. Also worth the £7 entry price. Expensive gift shop though as is usually the case with similar venues.
