An average experience. Staff were pleasant but service was slow and a lot our time was taken up waiting for staff. Unfortunately this was the noisiest, crowded spa experience. What used to be an exclusive day now provides families access the facilities and the busyness...More

I had asked my Granddaughter 28 to join me for a special tea. On booking I got the impression we had the last table available. Great! I was looking forward to a buzz. When we arrived we were told to go to the Restaurant. This...More

This appears a modern hotel as you roll up in the car park, with a spar facility attached. Check-in was stilted and welcoming. My room was clean and tidy, the outside Ivy invading the window when i tried to open it. The evening meal was...More

Nice hotel. Good rooms. Great spa. Great restaurant. Front desk complete disaster. Slow checkout and completely useless to order a taxi. We waited 40 minutes and discovered that front desk clerk did not order taxi-no apologies just a smirk.

The restaurant is appalling - poor service, over priced and rude staff. Do not book or spend any money here. I went for a Spa Day with dinner afterwards in the restaurant and the whole day seemed to just be difficult from start to finish,...More

Thank you for the review :) I've booked the same offer via secret escape. I was just wondering when afternoon tea was served? And also what were the arrangements for dinner? Set menu and extra for drinks? Thank you, Kristina

Hi, with the Groupon voucher including a 3 course meal, is this from the a la carte menu or the set menu? Also, when buying treatments, is access to the spa facilities complimentary? Thanks
