We walked up into the woodland area and saw plenty of squirrels. Not sure if this is usual, but they seemed to be everywhere. There were also Canada geese nearer the lake.

This is a lovely place to go for a walk or to go on a boat ride on the lake. We went on the pedaloes and I thought it was reasonably priced. You didn't have to queue for too long and my son loved it....More

Pleasant little place and free too. Not a full day out but something to do in the afternoon. My only criticism is there was no play area for kids unless I missed this?

Very nice on a summers day. Very nice walk around park and if you keep walking in a westerly direction ( away from Coast) you will find a small stream running towards park. which is very nice.

Nice and relaxing afternoon. Lots to see and the gardens were lovely. Very peaceful and relaxing, little hilly in places but was fine I you took it at a steady pace.

We spent a morning in this lovely park, we knew there were birds and squirrels to feed so we took a bit of food for them, The boating lake was brilliant and everywhere was so well looked after. A must if you visit Scarborough 😃
