Have not been in here for fifty odd years. Always thought it a bit threadbare as a kid and it remains the same. Entrance is now at a different level and they have a lift. There is more imagination now in the way exhibits are...More

On first floor interesting display about skeletons found locally, with informative videos. Brilliant 'old style' museum display on second floor about the history of the museum, Scarborough & local fossil collecting

A marvellous small museum which is steeped in history. The building alone is worth a look especially the dome roof. If you're interested in fossils and dinosaurs then this is your type of place. The taxidermy is different and interesting and there are many things...More

The museum was quite small and only had a few exhibitions but we as a family enjoyed it. Was very busy due to it been the holidays.

Lovely little museum children free and £3 for adults to get in - good value for money. Quirky building with interesting artefacts. Certainly enjoyed by all the family. Lady on the desk couldn't have been more helpful

An interesting spot, just off the beach by the South end roundabout. Worth a visit, if only to see a really old skeleton. Lots of Jurassic and dinosaur stuff.

Unfortunately this is a let down. The only interesting thing was the skeleton man. Some of the interactive headsets didn t work. Needs a lot more funding and donations of interest. Sweet enough but very forgettable unfortunately
