I walk my dogs here most day's. The gardens are well mantained, and lead onto the Devisdale field. I used to bring my children here for picnic lunches. A safe place for dogs and kids to run around and play.

Being on our doorstep these Gardens are handy to walk off a good meal. Often evens taking place on the grass (dog training etc). It is an immaculate garden. Parking outside is free. For something bigger though try Dunham Massey - roughly 15 minute walk from here.

There aren't that many places left local to Altrincham where you can go for a nice walk. These gardens are certainly one of the best if you don't want too travel to Dunham.. Perfect place for to walk your dog or for a quiet walk. A few benches about which is always handy. Always enjoyed coming up here

The trees are red, yellow and green. Take the dog, nice place to wander and relax. Warm sun or cold breeze, wet or sunshine this place is beautiful.

Pleasant walk around gardens in the autumn sunshine admiring the trees and shrubbery colours, Denzell House is a interesting Victorian pile with a restored sunken garden, next is a lawn where a dog training session was under way. Along pathway leads to a lovely pond adjacent to the entrance, across the track is the "common" where people walk their dogs,... More

Loads of dogs everywhere and people can be judgmental on the fields. Beautiful surroundings, and nice house on situ

This is a lovely little place signposted just off the main road in Altrincham. There is a nice little pond and garden where the children were excited to see lots of tadpoles. A walk around the grassy fields was just the right length. Full of locals and dog walkers so beware if you don't like dogs!

A nice quiet place for a picnic. Well looked after gardens, nice and peaceful. We stopped for a picnic and then had a walk around and looked at the sunken garden.

I took my grandchildren here for a play and picnic. The gardens by the house are pleasant and the fields and woods beyond were wonderful except that there were many, many dog walkers, most seemed to be professional and had 4 or 5 dogs together, most not on a lead. The dogs ran up to my young grandchildren and scared... More

Visited as I'd seen it in passing on the road it looked very interesting but on closer look there was nothing there but what you see No Cafe no structures just a medium sized garden as a photographer don't bother as a walker 20 mins
