Informative, passionate and knowledgeable tour guide/cheese maker, and very interesting. Unfortunately the video demonstration was broken but we hope to go back. Cheese was excellent and we bought several packs at good value. They are new, have won awards and I'd expect them to do...More

New since last time we were here. Interesting variety of handmade cheese. Think we bought a bit of everything, and it was all excellent. Interesting people - true craftmanship here, which was good to see
